Greentiq Innovations Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a suite of business automation, communication, and SaaS solutions through a single cloud platform under the name “Greentiq” (“Solution”).

Our Solution includes WhatsApp Business API messaging, chatbot builder, CRM and lead management, broadcast campaigns, e-commerce modules, automation workflows, appointment booking features, payments, API integrations, and related services.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, use and safeguard your information when you use the Solution. It is published in accordance with:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011
  • Applicable Data Protection Laws (including DPDPA 2023 once enforced)

By using or registering on Greentiq, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this policy, your usage of the Solution may be restricted.

Your clicking “Agree”, submitting information, or using any part of the Solution constitutes your acceptance. This is an electronic record and does not require physical or digital signatures.

2. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be modified based on business, operational, legal or regulatory requirements. Updated versions will be posted online, and significant changes may be communicated to you. Your continued use of the Solution constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

“Personal Information” means information that identifies you or can be linked to you, such as:

  • Incoming/outgoing messages

6. WHATSAPP CLOUD API – DATA RESIDENCE

  • All data related to WhatsApp messaging may be stored on Meta-operated servers located outside India.
  • Data localization for WhatsApp messaging is not offered.
  • By using WhatsApp API through Greentiq, you acknowledge and accept cross-border data transfer as required by WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure.

7. LOCATION DATA

Greentiq may collect location-based data (where applicable) through device sensors, network data, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signals to:

  • Improve automation and routing
  • Optimize chatbot or service accuracy
  • Provide location-based features

Location data may be anonymous unless the feature explicitly requires identity. By enabling location settings, you consent to its use.

8. COOKIES

We use both persistent and session cookies for:
